Town’ N Country Realty in Salinas, CA, seeks a proactive Maintenance Coordinator/Leasing Specialist for a full-time position within our Property Management Division.
This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service and detail-oriented management of maintenance activities.
*Responsibilities:*
* Initiate, manage and track maintenance work orders, ensuring efficient progress and follow-up.
* Act as the main communication link between tenants, the property inspector, and homeowners regarding maintenance issues.
* Dispatch and update work orders, schedule services, and provide updates to tenants.
* Handle tenant chargebacks, enter invoices, and maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities.
* Troubleshoot tenant issues to minimize chargebacks and facilitate smooth operations.
*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, maintenance/leasing experience preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
* Experience with Appfolio is a plus.
