*Job Summary*
The Community Manager is responsible for the total operation the property of his or her assigned tenant occupied building(s).

*Property: (Gabilan Family - 84 Units)*
*Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following)*
* Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
* Oversees property staff.
* Conducts periodic apartment inspections.
* Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic.
* Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.
* Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.
* Approves invoices for payments.
* Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.
* Effectively manages maintenance technicians.
* Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.
* Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.
* Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents.
* Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.
*Education, Experience, Skills and Other Requirements*
* Minimum of three years of property management experience
* Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to organize and problem-solve
* Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
