Handyman (Salinas)

Responsibilities: As an Independent Contractor Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our managed properties.
Your primary duties will include: Conducting routine inspections and assessments of properties.
Performing repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work.
Responding promptly to maintenance requests from property managers.
Collaborating with property management teams to address maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and ensuring all tasks are completed to satisfaction.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
Ability to handle various repair and maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and organizational abilities.
Own tools and equipment.
Valid contractor license and insurance.
