Who we are:
You would be sharing the house with 2 other housemates and a really friendly dog, named Blue.
(3 rooms total in this house).
One guy is 27 and works in programming and likes to write and throw-down lyrical jams.
The other guy is young 30s and is a local tattoo artist.
Although, I don’t actually live in this house, I do use the common spaces sometimes.
I’m 40, and work in live sound, production, and related fields.
I also play drums and keys; lots of fusion, funk, jazz, idm/electronic, reggae, rock, blues, etc.
Music is a huge part of my life.
We have an awesome jam space.
(Located on a different part of the property - no noise issues from the jam space.

Also, into a lot of outdoor stuff, kayaking, biking…
There is also a couple who stays on the property in a different house.
They are both in their’ young 40s.
One works in the high-end restaurant industry and the other in medical fabrication.
He is a laid-back surfer type, enjoys biking, painting and music.
She enjoys gardening and fitness.
We all enjoy hosting karaoke and live jam parties in the jam space often.
