Responsibilities: \* Ensure sales personnel are motivated, thoroughly trained and professional regarding customer interactions.
\* Overseeing standards for displaying and merchandising for all vehicle inventory.
\* Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
\* Uses appropriate procedures for management: facilitates the sales department to generate expected levels of gross and net profit.
\* Establish sales quotas for all sales personnel that meet their skill levels \* Manage trade-in vehicles, vehicle inventory and ensure that appropriate dealership records are maintained.
Qualifications: \* Must be a goal-oriented self-starter \* Must have proven track record with excellence in desking deals, closing and motivating and supervising sales personnel for results \* Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills, professional appearance, work ethic, and high-energy personality.
\* Ability to work with integrity & professionalism \* Ability to establish partnerships & alliances \* Attention to customer service such as selling to customers needs Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $150,000.
00 - $250,000.
