Mysti’s Adult and Family Services is hiring for a Housing and Employment Case Manager.
This is a 32-hour-a-week position that requires some travel.
You pick Mondays or Fridays off every week.
Must be comfortable working with clients primarily via phone, in person, and Zoom.
Occasionally travel throughout the County per client need.
Job Duties
Case Manager will meet with clients virtually and in person once they have been accepted into the program.
Case Managers must use motivational interviewing skills, trauma-informed care, housing first principles, and good communication in representing Mysti’s to clients and outside entities and persons.
Case Manager must create accurate and timely case notes and be able to use Adobe software, Outlook, Zoom and Microsoft Office products to do this work.
Case Managers must attend training regularly, usually online, to enhance their skills.
Some presentation skills to present the program to other entities is needed.
Reporting outcomes and attainment of goals monthly.
Submitting of gas and or mileage reimbursement for travel to clients.
