I have a twin bed and a queen bed,  loveseat, side, tables, lamps, desk, for use within the rooms for rent.
I am a full-time educator and would be on the other side of the house with my own bathroom.
I have a dog and a cat.
Additional pets would be negotiable.
The home is completely furnished including dishes, Keurig, juicer, blender, all clad pans, washer, and dryer.
Kitchen, dining room, living room all furnished.
Some storage available.
This is a magical location close to the entire Monterey Peninsula.
That is why I would rather get roommates than move.
I’ve looked at some of the rentals and they are small and expensive.
This house has a view and is quaint, rustic  cottage.
