We have a 3 bedroom trailer on our property next to our house about 30 feet away, that we are willing to rent to the right family or individual for a discounted monthly rate of $550 per month.
$550 refundable deposit, in exchange for minor help.
1100 to move in.
You pay for electric water and garbage.
Month to Month Lease is open to longer once we know each other better.
We are a married couple in our mid-60s and would like some help with our daily needs.
My husband is at times bed ridden from back pain.
We estimate about 4-5 hours a week of help mainly driven to appointments in the mornings.
If you work 9-5 and have no availability to assist us, it will not work.
We have a minivan that can be used as well.
We need help with grocery shopping at times.
We also need rides to other various locations near Salinas.
Help with lawn care and bush trimming, and we share the same driveway on our property near Natividad Creek Park in Salinas.
