2002s 2002tii & Vintage Porsches - BMW E21 Recaro Front Seats - $600 (Pebble Beach)

These front seats were purchased along with a large lot of other BMW 2002 parts.
Unfortunately, they evidently were stored outside long enough for the base on the one seat to rust thru pretty bad.
I was able to source a replacement base for this seat and it was missing the left bolster bar.
Before throwing away the rusted base I cut out the needed bolster bar so it can be welded back into position.
The assembled seat seems have very solid pieces and the other one is in pieces, but everything is there, including the rails, the specialty foam, headrests and sliding thigh supports,etc.
These two seats can be restored back to original condition.
They are a very common addition to 1970s BMW 2002s and older 912 and 911 Porsches.
