Model - Cargo 16, actually made in Italy by Modula Case Systems.
Tool less install, or to say the tool has integrated storage inside of carrier, unfortunately I guess the factory where it was made is nowhere near the coast of Italy as the paint (which apparently wasnt primed) was (is) peeling off, purely cosmetic and I had planned to repaint it, but my health took a turn and I am unable to do so (thus the purple striping tape in the pics).

I had originally bought it to store a surfboard in bag which it worked for and then sold the board a month later, Had this on my Subaru for a few years, really never used it for its intended purpose, so inside like new, made a great way to spot my car in crowded parking lots :-) Very sturdy construction, opens ands lock from either side.
Anyways, comes with one key (so dont loose it:-) I'm sure you could have another made, and otherwise in great shape, no dings gouges or scratches, I have stored it in my garage since selling the car it was on.
Sorry for the lousy pics as I couldnt move it into better light, I priced it about 1/2 way of what I could find and that will be the price, a good bargain for someone looking for cargo carrier to actually carry cargo :-)
