```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Transcribe and type documents as needed - Manage office supplies and inventory - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles - Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus - Proficient in data entry, transcribing, typing, and using phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is an opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
