Sailing Instructor (Fishermans Wharf in Monterey)

Sailing Instructor needed for upcoming Sailing Season.
Company: Sail Monterey Location: Old Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, California Responsibilities: Plan and conduct ASA sailing classes on a Hunter 30.
Assist passed students with boat rentals.
Provide sailing instruction to individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
Demonstrate expertise in sailing techniques, safety procedures, and navigation.
Deliver exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries.
Requirements: USCG Captain's License/Merchant Mariner Credential - OUPV/6-Pack Minimum ASA 201 - 205 (ASA 201 minimum) Extensive experience as a sailing captain, preferably in charters or instruction.
Strong knowledge of sailing techniques, safety protocols, and navigation.
Excellent communication skills and ability to create a welcoming environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
