*Key Accountabilities*
* Supervises Outside Golf Guest Service Attendants
* Act as a receptionist to all guests coming in and/or calling the golf shop
* Assist with coordinating details of golf events (scorecards, proximities, pairings, rules sheet, scoreboard, etc.
)
* Reserve tee times for members and outside guests; collect payment for tee times and golf shop retail purchases using the Point-of-Sales system
* Assist with the cleaning, inventory, and maintaining the golf shop's appearance and merchandise
*General Requirements*
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain organization and a positive attitude
* Minimum three years golf course experience
* The ability to interact professionally with members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service
* The ability to learn and efficiently work in a retail environment including use of a cash register
