Key Accountabilities
Supervises Outside Golf Guest Service Attendants
Act as a receptionist to all guests coming in and/or calling the golf shop
Assist with coordinating details of golf events (scorecards, proximities, pairings, rules sheet, scoreboard, etc.
)
Reserve tee times for members and outside guests; collect payment for tee times and golf shop retail purchases using the Point-of-Sales system
Assist with the cleaning, inventory, and maintaining the golf shop's appearance and merchandise
General Requirements
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain organization and a positive attitude
Minimum three years golf course experience
The ability to interact professionally with members and guests and deliver exceptional customer service
The ability to learn and efficiently work in a retail environment including use of a cash register
