* Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Flexible working hours Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and teamwork.
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a comprehensive curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Qualifications: - Minimum requirement of 12 Units in Early Childhood Education.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field .
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning.
- Experience in behavior management techniques.
Skills: - Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
- Knowledge of physical education activities suitable for preschoolers.
- Familiarity with toddler care practices and techniques.
- Ability to provide tutoring or additional support to students as needed.
- Understanding of childhood development stages and milestones.
- Proficiency in curriculum development for early childhood education programs.
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies for children with special needs.
- Strong behavior management skills to create a positive learning environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
