Duties
Lead and manage language curriculum development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
When assigned to a curriculum development project as a project manager, supervise a team of curriculum developers - Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback and counseling, maintain a safe work environment.
Work with the subject matter experts to create pedagogically sound foreign language instructional materials that cover a variety of subject areas and range from level 0 up to level 3 on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) scale.
Effectively integrate technology to support the design, development and delivery of pedagogically sound instructional materials (e.
