Established Anytime Fitness Franchisee is looking for a fitness coach to lead our team training workouts at our Salinas location.
Our ideal candidate is growth-oriented, can build tribes, make members feel welcome, and that they are an integral part of the time you spend together.
As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties: * Lead and motivate members through pre-defined team workouts * Help members set and achieve individual goals in a team training setting * Make sure members are using correct form * Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment * Capturing images for social media marketing * Aiding the Club Manager(s) with Operations and Sales Additionally, you will need to meet these requirements: * Have a certification in Personal Training or receive an In-House Certification * Be outgoing and responsible' Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.
00 - $25.
