How many Players actually read or truly understand that "Note" ? Why no mention of the huge profits that Caddiemaster/CSI realizes from the Caddie program or why a Player is paying a referral fee when no referral has been provided by the Referral Agency ? Caddiemaster/CSI only adds that "Note" to the website and the Caddie Information Card in an attempt to cover the "Referral Agency" requirements of AB2257.
Why did the Caddiemaster/CSI Director run out of the room when I start asking important and very relevant questions about referral and administrative fees, profits and why Floaters are being treated so dramatically different than the 137 Veterans ?
The Director likes to say; " it's (caddying) better than flipping burgers at McDonalds" but the employees at McDonald aren't lied to, are treated with respect and McDonalds doesn't deduct administrative fees or any other ill-gotten fees from their employee's pay !
Provide the above Card Information to your Players and let them ask the many necessary questions too.

's Caddie program by hiring convicted murderers (seriously !), convicted drug dealers as well as many other criminal types, addicts and other personalities that don't belong on a golf course, let alone working for high end Resort guests.
Caddiemaster/CSI Director instructs his many here today gone tomorrow, incompetent "managers" that are hired off the internet and have absolutely no practical experience or have not been given adequate training to treat all non "Veteran" (Floater) Caddies in a dishonest, disrespectful and inconsiderate manner while deducting exorbitant sums of money from their bag fees yet those same "managers" fear the 137 Veterans and treat them like royalty.
Why are they are allowed to treat non Veteran Floater Caddies poorly while deducting the most money from their bag fees ?

for a different Referral Agency that charges all of their Caddies $25 per job only if they provide those Caddies with a true referral, and, they treat all of their Caddies in an honest, respectful and considerate manner.
I QUIT Caddiemaster/CSI but I will never go away and I will always be outspoken on this topic.
Caddiemaster/CSI is NOT welcome in Pebble Beach !
