When you are in a state of trance you relax and shift your nervous system out of fight or flight and into rest and digest.
Once your body is relaxed it affects your brain waves and you drop into a Theta state.
In this brainwave state you can reprogram yourself like a computer.
I offer potential clients a free consultation which lasts 30-45 minutes.
We can discuss what you want to use hypnotherapy for, I will give you an overview of how it works and make a recommendation of how long we work together.
Clients can choose phone sessions, zoom sessions or in person sessions.
