*Job Title*: Bilingual Psychotherapist - Salinas/Watsonville
*Position:*
We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated therapist, either Licensed or Associate MFT or Clinical Social Worker, to join our team in a mission-critical role within our Counseling and Suicide Prevention Program.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in providing individual, couple, and family therapy while demonstrating expertise in crisis intervention and suicide prevention.
This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within a diverse general outpatient population, working out of our Salinas location.

● $28 - $40/hr + $3 Bilingual
*Differential Qualifications and Job Opportunity*
*Qualifications:*
● Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with recent experience
● Licensed Clinical Social Worker
● BBS Registered MFT Associate with recent experience
● Bilingual (Spanish)
*Job Opportunity:*
● Able to use Electronic Health Records (EHR), and/or learn EHR (training provided)
● Provide in-person and or telehealth therapy sessions to clients
● Experience and/or willingness to learn and provide counseling via Telehealth
● Ready to obtain Medicare and/or MediCal approval upon hire
