Just tested today, seems to be tracking properly, set grams and anti-skate to 1.

Pickering V15 at2 cartridge present, working and installed.
Not sure if stylus is ready for replacement or not, but as I said, it seems to be tracking.
Original DUAL dust cover is present, and in good shape.
Some markings, light to moderate scratching, but none are serious, and there are no cracks.
The hinges work, but are somewhat weak, so while they do offer some support, you must lower it carefully, and hold, or prop it up while operating the table.
They can probably be tuned up or repaired.
The little tensioning wheels do work, but the cover still needs support.
Also, as mentioned, I tested it today, and while doing that I balanced the tonearm, and again set the grams and anti skate.

I'm not an expert on electronics, but I am fairly handy.
