This is a 1 year old Native Instruments S88 MK2 midi controller.
Dual control screens allo you to switch and control plug-ins, and presets so you don't have to have your computer screen in front of you.

Includes Pyle heavy duty Z style stand, new Roland pedal capable of half pedal, and a M-Audio pedal.

This controller was used for about 3 months before I went full time back into guitar.
When you create a native Instruments account, then register the controller to your account (via serial number), then you have full access to the software and a crazy number of plug ins.
I've only used it for piano noire.
