Leading Shred Guitarist (Salinas)

Looking for a somewhat local (guitar) shredder who's hopefully better than me.
I would consider myself a halfway decent rhythm guitarist with a bunch of original material that I'm looking to put the finishing touches on.
2 projects: First is an all original fast hardcore metal/punk/ska band along the lines of Drain, Operation Ivy, Link 80, Voodoo Glow Skulls and 8 Kalacas.
Second project is a more laid back mix of reggae/punk/ska/hip hop playing a mix of originals and covers.
