9 month old male kitten needs loving home (Seaside)

this is choccy (chocolate chip muffin)!! he's a sweet, 9 month old little dude who knows his own name and is a pretty independent cat.
he'll chirp and meow at you when it's time for dinner, but for the most part he will just chill out.
his birthday is February 23rd, he's fully litter trained, and he's used to being in a multi-cat household.
unfortunately, we are unable to keep him at this time as we will be moving across the country soon and will not be able to afford to bring him with us.
rehoming fee is $20, but is negotiable to a good home.
