Older Male Looking for Room or Rental Share (835 FICO score) (Seaside or Monterey Preferred / 420 Friendly)

Hi, I'm an older swm, 420 friendly, retired w/income, looking for an affordable room or rental share preferably in the Seaside or Monterey area.
If you've ever had to be a landlord you'll know that about the only way to judge a person's integrity etc is by a good FICO score.
Mine is 835 out of a possible 850.
I'm super reliable, respectful, don't smoke tobacco or drink.
