Budtender: Cannabis Retail

Our company is currently seeking an individual to fill a Budtender position.
Candidates will be trained in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management and Security.
The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: * Provide customers with sales assistance.
* Meet customer needs and assist with purchases.
* Demonstrate knowledge of store policies and procedures.
* Follow sales techniques and adhere to time limits.
* Answer questions and help guide shoppers toward merchandise.
* Provide accurate change and speak courteously to customers.
* Inform customers of special promotions and sales.
* Answer questions about products, product availability, sales, or other store information.
* Examine products for damage or price changes.
* Verify prices and quantities on shelf tags.
* Ensure that the cash registers are totaling correctly.
* Have good attention to detail.
* Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
