Under general supervision, guidance and direction, performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to the following: Proactively expand product and business knowledge by studying and staying current on relevant industry and product information.
Provide exemplary, prompt customer service, handle daily counter sales activity and answer phone calls on customer inquiries.
In addition, when applicable, order inventory and monitor stocking levels on those product lines that have been assigned.
Assist with shipping/receiving and stocking of shelves as needed.
Candidate needs to be able to climb stairs, ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights and work in cold/hot temperatures.
