My fiance and I are looking to rent out 1 room in our 3 bed/ 2 bath home in Marina, CA.
The room has a double closet and the bathroom down the hallway will be shared with the other roommate, Very clean home with laundry room, beautiful kitchen and living room, and nice outdoor deck area with a fire pit.
Lease is 6 months and then month-to-month following.
Move in .
Monthly rent $500.
Security deposit $250 (refundable).
Also will need to see proof of income.
Utilities included in the rent.
