The ideal candidate will be clean, a non-smoker, alcohol-free, professional, and refrain from using drugs or having overnight guests.
The rent for a private room with an en-suite bathroom is $899 per month, plus a $500 security deposit.
A room with a shared bathroom is available for $800 per month.
Please note, rent does not include utilities (electricity, water, trash, Wi-Fi, sewage).
The house is in a picturesque location, well-maintained, close to schools, and has convenient access to the 101 freeway.
Downtown Sacramento's amenities, including shopping areas, restaurants, a library, a gym/fitness center, and parks, are all within walking distance.
This spacious house features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a large living room.
We are unable to accommodate pets.
I expect all housemates to maintain a clean and respectful environment, hold steady employment, and pay rent promptly.
