A house of 5 individuals are seeking a 6th individual (preferably female) to rent the fifth room in the shared-house for a one-year lease.
Private room is available on the second floor and upstairs bathroom shared with two other individuals.
Spacious shared spaces on first floor, including kitchen, living rooms, backyard, and laundry room with laundry and dryer included.
Seeking individual in their mid-20s to mid-30s, with full-time employment or a part-time/full-time student.
Individual has references to demonstrate their cooperative living-style as a roommate (initiative to clean up after themselves, participate in chore rotations, friendly demeanor).
Overnight guests must be cleared with the house first, and should not be staying frequently or for extended periods of time.
This will be discussed in more detail upon meeting the tenants.
No pets.
About housemates:
Late 20s to mid 30s ( three F, 2 M ) full-time employment, friendly and outgoing (usually hanging out together in communal spaces, inviting friends over time to time for game nights, celebrations, and to simply hang out), 420 friendly.
2 of the individuals are recently married and recently had a baby! They also have a small dog.
**Utilities (PGE, water, garbage, and internet) average about $120-$150 per month per individual.
If additional electrical units are used, like space heater, the individual will pay more for the added cost.
Security deposit of $800 and full-month’s rent due June 1 ($1500 total).
