Looking for a considerate, respectful, very clean, trustworthy and reliable individual ( room is for one person only) with a full time job; need income verification (paystub/ID) and references.
Monthly rent of $450 and $250 deposit.
Rent includes utilities, internet, TV service and light use of kitchen and street parking.
Please, no overnight guest, no drugs, no parties, non-smoker and no pets (we already have one).
