Hi everyone, we will have a room available in a 5-bedroom house in Marina, February 1st.
Rent is $830 and the deposit is $820.
The room is the largest in the house, it has two windows for lots of natural light and wood floors.
You would have full access to the kitchen, living room, day room, garden, and garage.
We have a washer and dryer onsite as well.
We have a rabbit who is free range who is mostly out in the dayroom, but unfortunately our lease does not allow any more pets.
There are 4 other housemates including myself, we are two girls and two guys between 26-30 years old.
We're looking for someone who is responsible and clean.
We ask that you are LGBTQ+ friendly.
