You would be free to use the kitchen, living room, laundry room and patio.
You would have a private bathroom as well.
The room comes with two closets and is furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand.
A desk is available if needed.
$1200 rent includes utilities, WiFi and housekeeping.
$1000 deposit plus first month's rent to move in.
I have 2 small chihuahuas so you should like dogs.
