- Full access to all common areas including a living room, front and back yards, large kitchen, and garage for storage needs
- Washer and dryer available on site
- There are 4 other people living here in their 20’s-early 30’s
- You will be living with all females, so female preferred but *respectful* males are welcome to reach out
- Pets reside on the property but no more are allowed per the owner :(
- Bonus points if you don’t have guests over often
- No couples, no kids
This is a very chill and QUIET household.
We all mostly keep to ourselves.
You will be expected to participate in regular household chores (trash, sweeping, cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen, etc).
