$1,600 / 2br - Looking for a roommate to lease a 2 BR/2BA house/condo (Monterey, Seaside)

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to rent a 2br/2ba condo/house in the Monterey/Seaside area.
I am looking for someone that's responsible, easy-going, clean, and respectful with a budget between $1500-$1700 per person.
The places I've looked at range from $3000-$3400.
I would love for us to each have our own private bathroom.
A little about me: I work long hours and I'm working on my PhD.
I am easy-going and chill.
When I'm free I enjoy cooking, long walks on the beach, and going to the gym.
I would love to have a housemate that's clean and respectful of personal space.
