It is clean and bright, on the upper level, for great privacy.
Large living room leading to a separate dining room and kitchen.
Free use of washer/dryer on Thursday and Saturday (as the other tenant's have their own days to use).
There are only 4 units in this apartment, so it is quiet, with very nice neighbors.
Cost:
Move in - April 1st w/6 mo lease: option to stay longer.
Rent is $1150/mo.
+ $45 application fee (non-refundable)
Plus a $1525 deposit (refundable if apt is left clean and damage free)
We split Water, Electricity and Internet (No charge for Garbage).
Free Laundry (Thursday and Saturday)
Furnishings:
The common space is furnished, so what you'll need is your room furniture, bathroom things, and a few of your own dishes/pot/pan for the kitchen.
I am looking for someone who keeps the common space clean, and is completely comfortable with communicating.
