Room for rent in Old Town Monterey available now I am a quiet 36 year old male with two young daughters part time.
I work full time during the day.
Currently, there is one additional roommate.
House is a quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bath Centrally located and walking distance to down town, DLI etc, WiFi, cable, washer/dry, full use of kitchen and home included.
Must be ok with pets (two family dogs and two indoor cats) $1000 per month with an $500 deposit.
