$900 / 1br - Roommate needed for April ASAP! (Salinas)

Hello! I’m in need of a male roommate asap.
I live on hwy 68 and close to Laureles Grade.
My friends own the house and I live in a section that’s separate from the main house.
We have our own kitchen and washer/dryer.
You’ll have your own room but bathroom is shared.
About me: I’m a 41 year old male professional.
I enjoy rock climbing, mountain biking, and running.
I have a full time job but I like to chill at home during my free time.
I have a small dog.
Unfortunately, the land lords don’t want another pet on property.
Rent is $900 (plus $900 deposit for the first month) and utilities are included.
Month to month.
