This is a private furnished bedroom in a peaceful, clean, simple home for a commuter who only needs to be in the Monterey area on weekdays, then returns to their own home on weekends.
Your clothing, toiletries, etc.
may be left in your room here 7 days a week; your room isn't rented to someone else on weekends.
Location is very desirable, and quiet, yet it’s just a short distance from many popular destinations and downtown Monterey.
Your bedroom is furnished and has a window and closet.
We are happy to provide basic housekeeping of your room (dusting, vacuuming).
On request we can also provide laundering of your bed linens and towels.
Someone who values good hygiene and cleaning up after themselves is important, since bathroom is shared.
Sorry, no pets, visitors, drugs, or smoking.
