The available room is an upstairs BR with carpeted floors.
The room has a nice view that looks out onto treetops as well as a nice peek of downtown and the bay beyond.
The room also offers a nice environment for the studious types.
Shared bath upstairs currently with one male housemate.
About the household: We are a household of all hard-working, responsible adults.
Total housemates living within the space is typically 5 (3F, 2M).
Currently, average age is 35 and ranges from early 30s to early 60s.
Collectively, the household leans slightly toward having an academic type of energy and is moderate on average in terms of viewpoint.
