Our current roommate is moving back to Ohio so we're looking for a new roommate.
The room comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, matching night stand, chest of drawers, book shelf, and a smart TV.
You will also have a semi-private bath (all yours unless we have house guests - not a common occurrence and you would have advanced notice).
Included in the rent is all utilities, use of the washer and dryer, use of the living room, dining room, and kitchen and use of our outdoor area which includes a fire pit and a hot tub.
Move-in will be available February 1, 2024.
First month's rent ($900) and a security deposit ($450) will be due upon move-in.
If interested, please email us with references, information about yourself and why you would make a great roommate, and we will answer any questions you have about us and set up a time to meet in person and to see the house if we all feel we'd be good roommates.
We have 2 Dachshund mix dogs and a cat so anyone with allergies is forwarned.
The dogs and cat would only be allowed in the rental room/bathroom if allowed by the potential roommate but do have full run of the rest of the house.
