Hi, I have 1 room for rent available now and an additional room available Feb.

(possibly earlier).
Rent and details below are for 1 of the rooms in a 3 bed/2 bath house.
If you would prefer not having a 3rd roommate come February, we can discuss that.
(We'd have to pay a little more in rent and utilities).
$800/month rent, plus utilities which average $125/month (water/sewer, PG&E, trash, and high-speed internet).
First month's rent, $250 security deposit and completed application with landlord move you in (must pass background check and provide proof of income).
The lease you'll sign is month to month.
Since its a hassle looking for new roommates, I'm looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months or so.
The previous roommates stayed between 1-3 years.
The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to CSUMB and freeways for commuting.
New washer and dryer purchased in 2023.
Large backyard with garden beds you can use.
I also have gym equipment you can use (squat rack, barbell, bumper plates, etc.
) Charcoal BBQ.
I do have two high energy dogs (Pointers).
So, a plus if you love dogs!
I'm pretty easy going, all I ask is that you are responsible, respectful, and clean up after yourself.
You'll get shared use of all common spaces like the kitchen, living room, backyard, etc.
I'm a 2016 CSUMB grad who now works full time in the agriculture industry.
I like getting outdoors with my dogs, riding my bike, snowboarding, working out, cooking, and hanging out with friends.
