Seeking third roommate (woman preferred) for our Seaside home! We are asking $910 per month, plus utilities split 3 ways.
There is a $1000 security deposit.
The application fee is $45 and includes a background check done by our property manager.
Pictures of the available room are attached- room will be unfurnished.
Room size is 12’ L x 11’ W.
Month to month lease.
We’d like the new roommate to move in on December 1st (the first day room is available).
About us: current roommates are both women in their mid 20s.
We both work full time and are enrolled at a local college.
Cleanliness in the common areas, good communication, and respect for quiet hours is a priority.
We are both friendly and do our best to accommodate each roommate’s needs when reasonable.
Our home includes: Washer and dryer Dishwasher Shared bathroom/kitchen/living room One car garage/street parking Plenty of storage As per the lease, no smoking of any kind is allowed.
We are both COVID vaccinated- hope you are too.
