420 friendly however we are not a party house by any means.
Looking for a clean, honest, &respectful person to occupy this room.
Must be ok with cats/dogs in house sorry we don’t have any room for more pets.
This is non negotiable only two allow per unit.
We are a mixed household but the vibe is very chill your welcome to have guests over but within reason of course as well as full houses privileges please feel free to use the yard and cook your self a meal in the kitchen just clean up after yourself.
Deposit is same as rent $850 You are also responsible for a share of utilities.
$1700 moves you in, half to hold room, other half upon move in with receipt of house key.
