Master bedroom with private bath and kitchen privileges (San Benancio Road, Salinas)

My 87 yr old Father-in Law has Dementia.
He has a 9am-5pm caregiver but we’d like an evening housemate.
He normally goes to bed early but we’d feel better if someone was at home in case he gets confused.
He has one am Rx and one evening herbal drink.
We’d prefer someone who has a daytime job but who would be home most evenings.
His home has an upstairs master bedroom w/bathroom for your use.
The house is furnished and you would share the kitchen.
His peaceful home is in the beautiful San Benciao Canyon with decks and views all around.
He is physically in good shape taking a fairly long walk most days.
His daytime caregivers fix his breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We need to limit the number of new people coming and going so its not advised to have friends over.
Rent is negotiable from no rent to $500 per month on a month-to-month basis.
