*_ Right now, we're looking to hire dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented *UPS Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associates* to our growing team! We own 5 stores in Carmel, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove & Seaside where you'll be needed.
*Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Benefits:* * Competitive pay starting at $18/hr! * Monthly bonus incentives! * Hiring *full-time positions*, so we don't just need you for the holidays but also searching for long-term part-time or seasonal, if interested! * Medical, vision, and dental insurance is available * Retirement plan * Paid time off including major holidays * Plenty of room for promotions and advancement *Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Requirements:* * At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Printing, Notary, Hospitality, or related experience *required* * *CA Notary Commission highly preferred but not required* * Available to work Saturdays & Sundays * Willing to undergo a federal background check (to qualify for notary license) *Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:* * Greeting & directing customers coming into our stores * Providing business service support to our customers * Packaging, handling, and shipping out goods, letters, and an array of items for our clients * Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.
) * Managing returns of merchandise * Other duties within the role as needed Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.
