Events by Classic Group is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to be the driving force behind our success.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this is the role for you! *Key Responsibilities:* Phone Handling: Professionally answer incoming phone calls, guiding inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Provide essential information to clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Lead Management: Efficiently enter and update leads in our CRM system.
Support the sales team in tracking and managing leads throughout the sales process.
Sales Proposals & Contracts: Assist in creating and customizing compelling sales proposals for prospective clients.
Prepare, review, and organize sales contracts with meticulous attention to detail.
Menu Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date menu information in Catererase and other systems.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure consistency and accuracy in menu offerings.
Documentation and Packets: Assist in creating sales packets and documentation for client presentations.
Organize and maintain all materials to support a seamless sales process.
Market Research: Conduct industry analysis, tracking trends and competitor activities.
Utilize data for strategic decision-making and identify expansion opportunities.
Evaluate competitor strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points.
Benchmark our services for differentiation and improvement.
Analyze customer data and feedback for refining marketing and sales strategies.
Social Media: Craft visually stunning content aligned with our brand identity.
Execute strategic social media campaigns, maximizing reach and engagement.
Foster community engagement and manage interactive activities.
Leverage social media analytics for campaign performance.
Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Explore partnerships for expanded reach and influence.
Creative Content: Collaborate on visually appealing marketing materials.
Craft persuasive copy for brochures, newsletters, blogs, and online content.
Develop content showcasing our portfolio and expertise.
Metrics: Implement and monitor KPIs for marketing success.
Regularly report on performance, providing insights for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends for fresh and effective strategies.
*Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in any communication capacity (written or verbal), along with excellent communication skills, including the ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with internal clients and with vendors.
Ability to work independently, producing reliable, high-quality content with minimal supervision or editing.
At the same time, the individual must be capable of working collaboratively on projects and engaging with other Events by Classic Group employees.
Excellent writing, grammar and copyediting skills, with specific interest and experience in writing for social media using relevant conventions and brand voice.
Experience in multimedia asset creation and editing that includes photo and video as demonstrated in a digital portfolio.
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.
00 - $25.
