Sales Associate

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products - Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions - Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Keep the sales floor clean and organized - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Provide exceptional customer service at all times Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of technology products and electronics is a plus - Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills We offer competitive pay and a positive work environment.
